Evaluate a venue before adding it to the pipeline

A useful site opportunity connects a clear guest charging need with a workable venue conversation. Record what is known, score the fit consistently, and let Juice Boxx review current placement options.

Begin with the guest need

A potential location should give guests a recognizable reason to need portable charging during the visit. Consider how long people remain, how much they move, and which phone functions matter in that setting. Tickets, schedules, messages, transportation, photos, and payments may be relevant, but the venue should describe its actual guest experience.

Juice Boxx stations are intended for bars, restaurants, hotels, events, campuses, and other approved gathering places. A category alone does not prove fit. Write one plain sentence explaining when a guest at this venue may need a charger and why carrying it would be more useful than waiting beside an outlet.

Record the location and decision-maker

The prospect record should include the venue name, address, category, website, main contact, decision-maker when known, and the source of the introduction. Add the status of the relationship and the next agreed action. Do not claim that a venue is interested because it appeared on a list or received an outreach message.

A useful opportunity reaches someone who can discuss guest services, operations, partnerships, or property decisions. If the correct person is unknown, record that as the next research task rather than sending repeated generic messages to unrelated employees.

Review traffic, time, and expected demand

Juice Boxx considers foot traffic, available square footage, and expected rental demand when evaluating a location. The scorecard should record the venue's own description of visitor volume and busy periods when available. It should distinguish a verified fact from a partner observation or assumption.

Visit duration also matters because a guest needs enough time and context to notice the service, rent a charger, use it, and return it. Do not turn these factors into an earnings estimate. They help compare venue fit and identify questions for the placement review.

Assess visibility and guest movement

Describe the public areas where guests naturally pass and the locations the venue is willing to discuss. Note entrances, lobbies, concourses, waiting areas, shared corridors, service points, and departure routes only when they apply to that property. The station should be visible without narrowing circulation or interfering with venue operations.

Return flow belongs in the same assessment. Record where guests finish the visit, whether they remain inside one controlled property, and how they could locate a station before leaving. Exact placement, power, connectivity, access, and installation requirements remain part of the Juice Boxx review.

Check staff and operating fit

Venue staff do not collect rental payments or hand out chargers. They may need to direct guests to the station or repeat the basic app-and-return process. Ask who would receive the approved staff information and who would report a placement or support concern.

Also record operating hours, restricted areas, recurring events, cleaning or access rules, and any known property approvals. Do not promise that the service requires no venue coordination. The purpose of this section is to identify the people and conditions needed for a reliable handoff.

Use a consistent qualification scorecard

Score each prospect on guest charging need, foot traffic evidence, visit duration, available public space, station visibility, return flow, access to a decision-maker, staff readiness, and advertiser relevance. Use a simple low, medium, or high assessment for each factor and add a note that supports the rating. Mark unknown when the information is unavailable.

The total is a prioritization aid, not an approval. A high score does not establish placement, revenue, exclusivity, or territory rights. It tells the partner which opportunities have enough information for a useful Juice Boxx review and which need more discovery.

Submit a clean opportunity record

The handoff should include the prospect record, scorecard, venue contact, source of interest, guest-use explanation, possible public areas, known restrictions, questions raised, and next requested action. Keep confidential information limited to what the approved inquiry requires.

Juice Boxx reviews the venue, expected rental demand, available space, current network options, and commercial fit. The venue should use the existing host inquiry when it is ready to speak directly. Prospective distribution partners should use the partner path and avoid negotiating on behalf of Juice Boxx.

Before you apply.

  • A venue category is only the starting point for qualification
  • Record facts, observations, and unknowns separately
  • Review guest need, traffic, space, visibility, and return flow
  • Use the scorecard to prioritize, not to promise placement or revenue
  • Send Juice Boxx a complete opportunity record through the existing path
