Terms of service

The site describes Juice Boxx and its rental, venue, distribution, and advertising programs. Station availability changes as the network grows. Check the Juice Boxx app for current rental locations and pricing.

Website copy is informational and is not a binding offer. A proposal, territory, placement, or campaign becomes binding only through the separate agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

Workspace access is limited to approved email credentials or Google accounts. Use only the approved account assigned to you, protect its password or provider access, and notify the team if you suspect unauthorized access.

Juice Boxx may suspend or close access to protect the service, enforce these terms, or end an advertiser relationship. Campaign status shown in the workspace records campaign progress and does not replace the terms of a signed campaign agreement.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every logo, image, message, and file you submit. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, confidential third-party material, or content that infringes another party’s rights.

You keep ownership of submitted creative. You give Juice Boxx permission to store, review, adapt for agreed technical specifications, and display approved creative as needed to run the campaign.

Do not probe security or bypass access controls. Do not disrupt the site or scrape private workspace data. Impersonating another user and using the service for fraud are also prohibited. Automated access requires written permission.

The Juice Boxx name and marks belong to Juice Boxx or its licensors. The same applies to the site design, software, and original site content. Written permission is required for reuse outside normal site access.

Charger rentals and payments happen through the Juice Boxx app and follow the terms presented there. The website and advertiser workspace do not process rental payments.

The website and workspace are provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, security events, network failures, and third-party services can interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, Juice Boxx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of these web services.

Juice Boxx may revise these terms as the website or workspace changes. The version posted on this page applies from the last-updated date shown above. Material changes affecting an active advertiser relationship may also be communicated through the workspace or the account email on file. A campaign-specific agreement continues to control where its terms differ from this page.

Electronic messages sent through the inquiry links or workspace are not guaranteed to be received until Juice Boxx confirms them. Users are responsible for providing accurate account and campaign information and for keeping their email address current. A routine website inquiry does not create a venue, distribution, advertising, or rental agreement.
