    Dates, location, expected attendance, and when the venue is accessible before and after.

  2. We review the fit

    We look at how the crowd moves, where power is available, and where a station sits outside the queue.

  3. Agree the placement

    Placements can be temporary or permanent, and terms are set for each event.

  4. Attendees rent in the app

    Guests find the station, scan, and carry the charger. Returns go to any Juiceboxx station within 48 hours.

Can I request a temporary placement?

Yes. Requests are evaluated case by case, and a placement may be temporary or permanent. Start with the event schedule and the route attendees will take.

Who handles the chargers during the event?

Attendees do, in the app. Staff and volunteers never collect power banks or take payments. If your plan needs volunteers to hand out and collect chargers, this format is not the right fit.

What does an attendee pay?

$2 for each 30 minutes, capped at $12 per 24-hour day, with a $20 card hold released on return. Attendees see the price in the app before they unlock anything.

Where do attendees return the charger?

To any Juiceboxx station within 48 hours. Tell us in the request where attendees will return chargers as the event closes, so the plan covers gates and rooms that lock up.
