Keep conference and trade show attendees connected

Attendees move between registration, sessions, exhibits, and meetings throughout the day. Portable charging lets them keep their phones available without waiting at a fixed charging area.

Support a phone-dependent event day

Conference attendees may use their phones for schedules, event apps, messages, digital materials, contact exchange, and transportation. Exhibitors may use them for team coordination and follow-up. When the same device supports several event tasks, a low battery can interrupt several parts of the event at once.

A Juice Boxx rental begins in the app at a station. The attendee carries the portable charger through the event and returns it to a station afterward. That process can fit a day built around movement because the attendee does not have to remain beside an outlet or leave the phone unattended.

Map the attendee journey before choosing placement

A useful placement review starts with the event floor plan and schedule. Registration areas may be busy at the start of the day, while exhibit halls, session corridors, lounges, and common areas may see steadier traffic later. The right location should be visible without interfering with check-in, food service, exhibitor access, or emergency routes.

Multi-day programs also need a return plan that makes sense after sessions end. Juice Boxx evaluates the venue and event case by case. Organizers can share the expected attendance range, operating hours, floor plan, public areas, and any access or branding restrictions before options are confirmed.

Give attendees and staff one clear process

The renter follows the Juice Boxx app and station instructions. Event staff do not collect rental payments or distribute chargers individually. A short staff note can identify the station area, direct attendees to the app, and explain that chargers return to a station.

That guidance is especially useful at registration, information desks, and exhibitor service areas. It keeps answers consistent without adding a new transaction to the event team's workload. Current station availability remains in the Juice Boxx app, so organizers should not publish a placement before Juice Boxx confirms it.

Prepare an exhibitor or sponsor campaign

Conference organizers, exhibitors, and sponsors may request advertising on approved Juice Boxx station screens. The campaign can be discussed around the event dates, audience, venue context, desired message, and available creative. Juice Boxx confirms inventory, requirements, scheduling, and price before a campaign is approved.

A sponsor inquiry should identify the event, advertiser, objective, intended call to action, and the person who can approve creative. The event advertising planner connects those details with the current advertising rates and measurement questions.

Send the information needed for a review

The first venue inquiry should include the event name, venue, location, dates, event format, attendance range, schedule, floor plan if available, and the organizer's operational contact. It should also explain whether the request is for one event, a recurring program, or an ongoing venue placement.

Temporary and continuing placements are both evaluated case by case. Juice Boxx confirms current options only after reviewing the event and property. Start with the venue contact path. Advertisers and sponsors should use the existing advertising inquiry so each request reaches the appropriate review.
