Prepare a useful event advertising request

Event organizers, exhibitors, and sponsors can request advertising on approved Juice Boxx station screens. A focused campaign brief gives Juice Boxx the information needed to review current options and prepare a proposal.

Define the campaign decision first

Start with the result the campaign should support. An organizer may need to share event information. A sponsor may want people to recognize a brand, consider an offer, or take one clear action. An exhibitor may want to direct attendees to a booth or scheduled activity. Choose one primary objective so the screen message does not become a compressed list of unrelated requests.

State how the result would be evaluated before discussing creative. The advertising measurement guide separates confirmed campaign status from performance and helps advertisers ask what reporting is available. Juice Boxx does not promise reach, sales, leads, or another outcome before the campaign runs.

Describe the event and intended audience

Name the event, venue, city, dates, operating hours, and the people the advertiser wants to reach. Useful audience information is specific enough to guide the campaign without inventing targeting precision that the placement cannot provide. Venue type, event purpose, broad attendee role, and relevant geography may all matter.

Also identify the desired venue context. A message near registration may serve a different purpose from one associated with a concourse, exhibit area, hospitality zone, or another approved station location. Juice Boxx confirms available screens and placement context during the proposal process.

Build one message for the available attention

A station screen should communicate quickly. Lead with the business, event, offer, or action the viewer needs to recognize. Keep supporting copy limited to what helps that decision. The call to action should lead to a working destination that matches the message.

Advertisers can provide finished creative or ask about design support. Juice Boxx confirms the current screen requirements and review process while scoping the campaign. The existing creative guidelines explain message hierarchy and readability without substituting for the final technical requirements.

Name every approval and deadline

The brief should identify the person who supplies the content, the person who approves the finished creative, and the date by which approval is needed. Include any sponsor, organizer, venue, or legal review that must happen before launch. A campaign cannot be scheduled around an assumed approval.

If the advertiser needs design support, note what source files, logos, brand rules, images, or offer terms are available. Juice Boxx then confirms the review sequence, required changes, available schedule, and final delivery deadline in the proposal or campaign discussion.

Separate the campaign request from station placement

An advertising inquiry does not confirm that a station is available at the requested event or venue. Juice Boxx reviews the screen opportunity, venue placement, schedule, and campaign terms before approval. Temporary and permanent station placements are evaluated case by case with the venue.

This separation protects both sides. The advertiser receives a proposal based on current options, while the venue retains a distinct placement and operations conversation. Event organizers who also control the venue should still provide both sets of information.

Use the campaign brief checklist

Send the advertiser or sponsor name, event and venue, dates, campaign objective, intended audience, desired venue context, call to action, available creative, design-support request, approval contacts, deadline, and measurement questions. Add any restrictions the organizer or venue has already provided.

Juice Boxx uses those details to review current screens, placement context, schedule, creative requirements, and price. The advertising rates page explains the proposal inputs. Submit the request through the existing advertising contact path so it reaches the correct review.

Before you plan.

  • Choose one primary objective for the event campaign
  • Identify the event, audience, venue context, and dates
  • Name the creative owner, approver, and deadline
  • Advertising approval does not confirm station placement
  • Current screens, requirements, schedule, and price are confirmed in the proposal
