Keep the station dry
A station needs a covered, dry, powered spot away from splash zones, wet walkways and pool decks. The entrance plaza, a guest services area, an indoor food court or a covered pavilion are good places to look. Walk the site with Juiceboxx to check weather protection and power before choosing.
Phones live in lockers all day
Many guests lock their phones away while they swim. When they come back, the battery may already be low from photos taken earlier. A rented power bank lets someone charge at a shaded table or while the family packs up. Keep the phone and power bank together and away from water.
The end of the day is the busy hour
Families often need their phones most at closing, to find each other, check directions or book a ride. Expect rentals to peak in the afternoon and plan returns accordingly. A station near the exit lets a guest return the power bank on the way out.
A clear price at a busy park
Rentals cost $2 per 30 minutes, capped at $12 per 24-hour day, with a $20 card hold released on return. Everything runs through the Juiceboxx app, so lifeguards and front-gate staff never take payments or handle power banks. The rental guide explains how a rental starts.
Seasonal hours
Many water parks open only part of the year. Plan with Juiceboxx for the off-season so the station is not stranded in a closed building. Guests can return a power bank to any Juiceboxx station within 48 hours; the station finder shows current locations, and the return guide explains the steps.
Screens and sponsors
A station screen can show park announcements or sponsor advertising. Families pass the entrance twice a day, so a screen there gets seen. The amusement parks guide covers the same idea for dry rides and attractions.
Group trips and parties
Birthday parties, camps and school groups spend the day together and leave together. A chaperone with a dead phone cannot coordinate pickup. Point group leaders to the station when they check in, and remind them to return rentals before the bus or carpool leaves. One clear sentence at guest services covers it: "Charging is at the entrance, and returns go back in the same station."
Lost phones and found families
Kids and parents get separated at busy parks, and a dead phone makes finding each other harder. Guest services teams already handle lost children and lost items. A station nearby gives a parent a quick way to get a phone working again while staff help. Ask the team where families usually regroup, and consider placing the station within sight of that spot so the guest who needs it most can find it.

Send Juiceboxx the park name, city, season dates, the proposed covered location, power access and the person who approves equipment. Hosting costs $0, and commission is by agreement. The hosting cost guide explains how it works.
