Phone charging for taprooms, tasting rooms and beer gardens

A Juiceboxx station suits a brewery or winery where a tasting turns into an afternoon. Guests rent a portable power bank in the app and carry it between the tasting room, patio and food truck. The placement question is how those spaces connect, not how much room is left beside the taps.

Judge the visit, not the bottle sale

Look at the guests who settle in, rather than everyone who buys something. A flight followed by lunch and live music leaves time for charging. A quick bottle pickup does not. Ask your team where charging requests arise and whether guests stay in one seat or move around. A tasting room with short appointments and no seating beyond the tasting counter is a poor fit.

Connect the indoor room with the patio

Consider an indoor position near the door to the beer garden or terrace. Guests should notice it before heading outside and pass it again when leaving. Keep the approach separate from the flight pickup area and the path servers use. Do not assume a station belongs outdoors because the crowd does. Review the patio route and proposed position through the venue placement guide.

Let the charger follow the afternoon

Someone waiting for a food truck order can charge without leaving a phone in the tasting room. Friends can move from a communal table to the music area with their phones still available for photos and messages. That mobility is the useful difference from a wall socket. If most guests remain beside accessible outlets with their own charging gear, a paid rental adds less.

Explain the rental before the next tasting

Staff can point out the station without interrupting a tasting explanation to manage a device. Rentals run in the Juiceboxx app; staff never take rental payments or collect power banks. Guests pay $2 per 30 minutes, capped at $12 per 24-hour day. A $20 card hold is released on return. The rental guide explains the guest process separately from a tasting ticket or drinks bill.

Make the return route clear after the music

Walk the route from the patio to the parking area at the end of a music night. Does it pass the station, or does an outdoor exit bypass it? Make directions visible where guests leave. Returns go to any Juiceboxx station within the 48-hour return window, not to a tasting host or food truck vendor. The return guide is useful when guests leave for another stop.

Separate everyday hosting from winery events

A recurring taproom crowd and a winery's occasional wedding need different conversations. Describe normal opening days as well as ticketed nights, seasonal gatherings and private bookings. Event placements are evaluated case by case and may be temporary or permanent. Station screens can carry advertising for local businesses and sponsors; discuss a music-series sponsor or event partner through the event advertising guide and contact page.

Bring a route and a calendar to the inquiry

Send the venue address, typical visit length, tasting schedule and photos showing the indoor-to-outdoor route. Include which doors remain accessible at closing. Hosting costs $0, with no setup, placement or installation fee. Juiceboxx services the station, and commission is set by the hosting agreement for your location. Read the hosting cost guide, then ask about hosting with those details.
