Are there charging stations at music venues?
Some music venues offer phone charging, but availability depends on the venue. Check its guest information before a show, or use the station finder to see current Juiceboxx locations. A concert venue considering a station can make the option clear in its own visitor information.
The guest information team can answer the basic question before doors open: where is charging, and when can it be reached? Include the answer in the venue's accessibility and visitor materials once the placement is confirmed.
Plan around the ticketed show
A seated show has a different rhythm from an open festival: doors open, guests find seats, an intermission may send people into the lobby, and the audience leaves together. Map each stage before choosing a station position. The festivals guide covers outdoor festival sites; this guide focuses on a venue running ticketed performances in a hall, theater or amphitheater.
Consider the nights when the room is sold for different layouts as well as the usual seated arrangement. A lobby position should still work when a merchandise table or temporary barrier changes the flow. Show those variations to the people who manage guest access before choosing a location.
Put the station where guests can pause
A visible lobby, concession area or accessible route to seating can work when a guest has room to stop without blocking a queue. Keep the station out of door swings, circulation routes and lines for ticket checks. For an amphitheater, review shelter, a stable surface and power with the venue team. Choose a position people can find when the house lights are low and the show has started.
Keep phones with their owners
A Juiceboxx rental releases a portable power bank with built-in cables. Guests keep their phones with them as they return to their seats or meet friends. They do not leave a phone at the station. House rules still apply: tell guests to follow the venue’s instructions about phone use during a performance, and keep the charging cable clear of neighboring seats and aisles.
Make the exit and return clear
Trace the path from the auditorium to the lobby, doors and pickup area. A station behind a locked door is not useful to a departing guest. Juiceboxx power banks can be returned to any station within 48 hours; guests should check the return guide and current venue hours. Staff can point guests toward the station before the post-show crowd reaches the doors.
Include the time the lobby opens and the time guests must leave. If a guest needs assistance, staff should know the venue contact and where to direct them. Put the information in the same guest guide that explains doors, accessibility and pickup points.
Discuss the venue and its calendar
Hosting costs the venue $0, with venue commission by agreement. Share the building layout, show schedule, proposed location, power access and staff contact with Juiceboxx. Ask how the arrangement fits regular performances and any access limits. The venue charging guide and hosting cost guide explain the placement conversation.
