Portable charging that moves with festival guests

Festival guests rely on their phones across a long, active event. Juice Boxx lets them carry a portable charger instead of leaving the crowd to wait beside a fixed outlet.

Protect the phone functions guests need most

A festival phone may hold a ticket, schedule, meeting point, payment method, camera, and transportation plan. Guests may also use it to find friends or receive event updates. A low battery can affect several of those needs at the same time, especially during a long program.

Juice Boxx renters start in the app at a station, carry the charger while their phone charges, and return it to a station. The portable format fits an event where guests move among stages, food areas, activities, and shared spaces. It does not require them to leave the phone at a charging table or remain in one location.

Choose visible areas without disrupting movement

Festival placement needs to account for crowd flow, operating boundaries, weather exposure, available power, and the areas the organizer controls. Entrances, information areas, hospitality zones, and other shared spaces may be considered, but no location should be assumed before review.

The organizer should identify high-traffic periods, restricted areas, closing procedures, and the routes guests use when leaving. Juice Boxx evaluates the event, site, and current station options case by case. A temporary event placement or a continuing venue arrangement is confirmed only after that review.

Plan the return before the final departure rush

A portable charger still needs a clear return path. Guests should be able to find station information before they leave the event area or enter a transportation queue. Organizers can consider return visibility in event maps, information-desk notes, or approved attendee guidance after the placement is confirmed.

Staff do not collect rental payments or hand out individual chargers. Their role is limited to accurate direction: use the Juice Boxx app, follow the station instructions, and return the charger to a station. This keeps the rental self-serve while giving guests a consistent answer when they need help finding the process.

Build sponsor messaging around the event context

An event organizer or sponsor may request approved advertising on station screens. Useful campaign inputs include the event dates, audience, desired message, call to action, and available creative. Juice Boxx then confirms the current screens, placement context, schedule, creative requirements, and price.

The screen should carry a focused message that a guest can understand quickly. It should not depend on an unsupported attendance, reach, or performance claim. Sponsors can prepare the request through the event advertising page and review how reporting is handled in the advertising measurement guide.

Prepare the festival inquiry

A useful inquiry names the event, organizer, site, dates, expected attendance range, daily schedule, public areas, event map if available, and operational contact. It should also state whether the organizer wants a one-event review, a recurring series, or an ongoing placement at the property.

Juice Boxx reviews temporary and permanent opportunities case by case. Current availability, placement, timing, and responsibilities are confirmed during the inquiry. Organizers should use the existing venue contact path. Sponsors and advertisers should use the existing advertising contact path so the operational and campaign reviews remain separate.
