Separate the placement from attendee rentals
Searching for portable charging stations for events means planning an amenity for a crowd. With Juiceboxx, attendees rent portable power banks in the app and carry them around the event; they do not leave their phones at a charging desk. Terms are set for each event. The rental overview explains the attendee experience.
Send dates and access hours
List the event date or date range, location, public opening hours, and when the venue is accessible before and after the event. Include the person who controls that access. For a recurring series, send the full schedule and explain what changes between dates. These details let the placement conversation address a temporary event rather than assume a permanent venue arrangement.
Describe how attendance moves
Send expected attendance alongside the busiest arrival, break, and departure periods. Explain whether people stay all day or cycle through short visits. A trade show charging station request should distinguish exhibitors staying at booths from attendees moving between sessions. For a festival, mark when crowds leave one area for another. Total attendance alone does not describe the pressure at a proposed station spot.
Mark a powered area outside the queue
Share a floor plan or site sketch with proposed placement areas and available power marked. Show space where an attendee can stop to use the app without blocking registration, food service, or an exit. For outdoor areas, describe the cover and lighting available for review. Do not assume an exposed field or a last-minute spare corner is a suitable position.
Plan returns before the event closes
Explain where attendees will return power banks and how they will reach that area during departure. Identify any gates or rooms that close before the crowd leaves. Returns go to any Juiceboxx station within the 48-hour return window, but another station should not replace an event return plan. Ask how returns will work after a temporary placement ends. The return guide covers the renter's responsibility.
Keep the transaction out of crew duties
Attendees pay per rental in the Juiceboxx app. Staff and volunteers never collect power banks or take payments; direct people to the station for returns. Include a crew contact in the request and ask how to report station issues during your event. Juiceboxx services the station. If your plan requires volunteers to distribute and collect chargers manually, this app-based rental format is not the right fit.
Bring sponsor requests into the conversation
Sponsors can request advertising on station screens. Send the sponsor name, intended message, and event dates with the placement inquiry, rather than selling screen space before terms are settled. The event advertising guide serves sponsor planning.
Submit one complete planning request
Use contact Juiceboxx to send dates, the venue address, attendance pattern, placement and power sketch, return route, access contact, and any sponsor request. Flag unresolved details so they can be addressed together. Owners seeking a station across their booking calendar should use the event venue hosting guide instead.
